How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally have to have a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the dough for ages, cut out small cookies in your heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just how I roll up. But I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Okay, they do not taste just like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.

But what largely convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can blend two ingredients.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gont cover me if you eat them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, after I'd had the first I finished the remainder within an hour.

They're fantastic for hiking trips or other occasions where you will need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep them as a quick snack in my backpack.

It also has to be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the regular cookie supposes. Simply oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which consequently will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- essential for energy generation to make you feel fuller

Same with peanuts -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only because they contain an adequate quantity of good carbs but also for being the huge players at the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a challenging day before you.

Because you can see, I'm a big fan.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl recommended you read and mash the carrots until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is well mixed

Place baking paper onto the menu so that the cookies don't stick. If you do not possess this make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To produce the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and garnish an adequate amount from the mix onto the baking tray like I did in the photograph above. It's super quick and easy.

EQUIPMENT: you only need a solid baking dish and some parchment paper, cool as.
